Pixel Peach Group LLC (“Pixel Peach Group,” “we,” “us”) operates pixelpeachgroup.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, including the Property Review Request form and the Discovery Call request form.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the separate written agreements we use with active clients, or the confidential information handled under those agreements.

Information you give us

Property Review Request. Your first and last name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide one, your preferred contact method, and how you heard about us. Property details you provide, which may include the property address, city, state, ZIP code, property type, bedroom and bathroom counts, maximum guest count, current operating status, current listing URL, furnishing status, listing platforms used, who currently manages the property, current occupancy, and any average monthly booking revenue or average nightly rate you report. Your situation and goals as you describe them, which may include how involved you want to be, the areas where you want help, your goals, your financial expectations, a property readiness checklist, questions about your local vendor network, and any additional notes you write.

Discovery Call request. Your first and last name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide one, the property city and state, your preferred date and time, the topics you would like to discuss, and any notes you write.

Email. If you write to us at hello@pixelpeachgroup.com, we receive your address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

• Anti-spam signals. Our forms note when a submission began and whether a hidden field was filled, so automated submissions can be filtered out.
• Standard technical information. Our hosting platform may automatically record basic technical details such as IP address, browser type and access times in the course of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.
• Usage events. The site records first-party usage events through its application platform, such as that a property review was started or submitted. These events are used to understand how the site is working and are not used for advertising.

• To respond to your inquiry and contact you about the property you told us about.
• To evaluate whether your property, market and situation are a fit for our services.
• To prepare for, schedule and follow up on discovery calls.
• To create and maintain our internal business records, such as owner, property and follow-up records.
• To send you a confirmation email and to notify our team of your request.
• To communicate with you about services you have asked about.
• To keep the website secure and working, including filtering out automated spam submissions.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the information you submit through this website to run third-party advertising.

We rely on a small number of providers to operate this website. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us:

• Base44, the platform that hosts this website and application, stores our business records and delivers our email.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading those files involves a request to Google's servers, which receives the visitor's IP address.
• External image hosts, from which some images on the site are currently loaded while our own approved photography is being prepared.

We do not authorize these providers to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

We keep inquiry and business records for as long as needed to respond to you, evaluate your property and maintain our business records. We do not currently operate an automatic deletion schedule. If you would like the information you submitted removed, contact us using the details below.

Information submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Our forms are validated on the server, input is length-limited, and submitted text is sanitized so that it is stored as plain text and cannot execute as code. We also use anti-spam measures and restrict access to our business records to authorized team accounts.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

The public pages of this website do not set advertising cookies, do not use tracking pixels, and do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Two things do store information in your browser, and neither is used on the public marketing pages or for advertising:

• Our internal Team Portal stores a small preference that remembers whether the sidebar was left open or closed. It is only set once a team member signs in.
• Platform authentication may store a session token or cookie when a team member signs in to the Team Portal.

We record first-party usage events through our application platform, as described above. Because the public site does not use optional tracking or advertising cookies, we do not currently show a cookie consent banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

This website may link to, or load assets from, third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

This website is intended for property owners and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some records where we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so, and we will tell you if that applies.

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page.
